Please bring:

Your lunch

Notebook & pen

Camera (if you like)

Scissors or pruning shears

Sun hat

Sun screen

Rain gear

Do bring rain gear as rain rarely holds up an herb walk.

If you would like to do some harvesting yourself, you should bring:

Small shovel

Paper bags

Rubber bands

This workshop promises to give you a rare opportunity to see common herbs growing in the wild, and to  learn their uses and methods of extraction.   Rob guides participants into forests and high deserts to locate  such herbs as Osha, Poleo, Arnica, Nettles, Mullein, Valerian, and Burdock, to name a few.

Methods of ethical harvesting, drying and processing of  wild medicinal and edible plants will be covered.

Arnica and other beautiful plants like Yarrow, Lobelia, Mulein, Aspen, Barberry, and Uva Ursi grow wild in the Rocky Mountains.

Beauty without
expression is boring

Join us and enjoy the pleasure of caring for yourself.
