Process: Steam Distillation of the needles.

Blends Well With: Lavender French essential oil , Peppermint oil, essential oil of Cedarwood Atlas, Frankincense essential oils, oil of Clary Sage.

Muscle and Joint Support Recipe

• 5 drops Black Spruce Essential Oil
• 5 drops Lavender French
• 5 drops Balsam Fir
• 5 drops Central Plai
Add essential oils to 2 ounces of unscented lotion.

Rub on sore, tired muscles.
