The Taos Herb Company web site represents a selection of items and quantities we have available. If you don't see an item, or you'd like to order an item in a quantity larger than we offer online, please call us during our business hours.

We accept orders through any of the following methods:

Secure Online Shopping Cart: Browse though the site and click the "Add To Cart" button for the items you want. Use any "Checkout" button when you are ready to finalize your order. Any "Checkout" button also will let you review your order, adjust quantities, or delete items. Order online using Google CheckOut or PayPal or the secure server, or print the order form to mail or fax to us, or to use as reference for telephone orders. If you are not paying by credit card, but with a money order, please call us to place your order. We do not accept personal checks. For offline ordering with credit card, complete and print the online form, then mail or fax (575-758-7641)your order and credit card information. If you wish to call us to place your order, you are welcome to do so.

Telephone Orders: Call our store toll-free at 1-800-353-1991 Ext 206 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday Mountain Time, especially if an item you want is not currently available online.
Please Note: No phone sales on Saturdays or Sundays.
If you call us on a Saturday or Sunday, please leave us a message with your name and number and we will call you back during business hours on Monday.

Shipping: Shipping costs are determined by your choice of USPS Priority Mail or UPS Home Delivery. USPS Priority Mail orders placed after 4 p.m. Mountain Time will be filled the next business day. UPS orders placed after 9:30 a.m. Mountain Time will be filled the next business day. Sorry, Saturday delivery is not available. If you would like faster shipping options, please call us during business hours.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii: The shipping cost on the shopping cart is only an estimate. We will email a final invoice to you with updated shipping charges for you to review and approve before we charge your credit card.

Payment methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX credit cards for online, fax and telephone orders. For your convenience, we offer Google Checkout and Pay Pal for online orders. We are required to collect 8.1875% sales tax on orders from or delivered within the state of New Mexico. Only orders within the state of New Mexico are charged sales tax.

Order Inquiries: To inquire about an order, please click here to eMail us and provide the following information: Your full name. The date you placed the order. The order number from your email receipt. Your email and phone information.

Returns: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us and the carrier immediately. Please do not discard any items or packaging. If we made an error in your order, please notify us within 10 days of receipt, and we will make the necessary adjustments. Returns not due to damage or our error may be subject to a 20% handling fee that will be deducted from any credit or refund. Please call us during business hours at 1-800-353-1991 Ext 206 to obtain authorization for returns.

International Orders: Taos Herb Company ships only to the USA and territories. Orders will be priced and charged in U.S. dollars.
