Method of Extraction for Myrrh Essential Oil: Steam Distillation of the Resin of the plant

Uses for Myrrh Essential Oil:

Holiday Bath Salts recipe:

• 1 cup of Epsom Salts
• 1 cup of sea salt
• 2 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil
• 2 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil
• 1 drop Orange essential oil

Mix first three ingredients well. Gently add the essential oils being sure to disperse throughout.

Store in an airtight container and add 1/4 cup to bath water .
