Traditional remedy from Northern New Mexico. Used internally to soothe upset stomach or indigestion. Externally for insect bites and sore muscles and joints. Contains: Rhubarb Root, Star Anise, Cardamom, Cayenne, Triple Distilled Peppermint Oil., Mexican Oil also known as Aceite Mexicano This is an old formula used for both tummy upset and a liniment for sore muscles. Last made in its original formula by Hausman Pharmacy in Trinidad, Colorado. The original formula had opium in it and Hausman stopped making it when opium became a controlled substance. 15-60 drops in 2oz water. Sip slowly. Children's doses are usually ¼ to ½ of an adult dose. Consult your health care professional for children under 2 years of age.
