Let cool for 15 minutes before adding the oils. Cool completely and pour into glass dispenser. Shake well before each use. Mix a few drops of cardamom and lavender essential oils into your massage carrier oil to produce a relaxing massage oil. Diffuse a few drops of cardamom mixed with cloves, ginger or orange for an autumn pick me up. For a refreshing mouthwash add few drops of cardamom essential oil to one cup of warm water and gargle.
