Marjoram Essential Oil Recipe:


• For a soothing and quieting massage blend mix 8 drops Marjoram Essential Oil, 3 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil, and 3 drops Peppermint oil with 1 oz of a carrier oil like Jojoba. Massage into temples and the hollows of the the cheeks.
• Use a 50/50 mixture of Marjoram Essential Oil and a carrier oil when massaging sore and tired muslces.
Properties: Marjoram Essential Oil is said to bring balance to the mind.
