Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil Uses, Mixtures and Recipes:

• May be applied neat (undiluted) on hands and bottoms of feet.
• Add a drop of cinnamon essential oil to a dried flower arrangement or potpourri to spice up the home.
• For preventive treatment, add 4 drops to a mixture of 1 ounce vinegar and 1 ounce of water. Use as a hair rinse.
